What is the Sensible-Rez Web Booking Engine?
The Sensible-Rez Web Booking Engine comprises a database of room types, room availability, and rates. This database then links to your hotel website, and enables visitors to your website to check on availability, and make new reservations. All new reservations are delivered to the hotel by email and/or text message, with credit card details stored on our secure server. An email and/or text message confirming the reservation can also be sent to the guest. Changes to rates and availability can be made at any time through a secure password-protected internet site.

The Sensible-Rez Web Booking Engine gives those visitors the ability to make a reservation there and then, and receive immediate confirmation of their booking. Research has shown that internet users want to check availability and price, and book online rather than wait until the hotel responds to emails or booking request forms.
Online promotions anytime.
Because there are no limits on the number of rate programs that you can offer through the Sensible-Rez Web Booking Engine, you can offer as many special promotions as you wish. You can stipulate a minimum length of stay, or restrict the booking lead time, or make rates available for certain days of the week only.
Rates can be offered on either a per person or per room basis.
Secure Corporate/Negotiated Rates.
Those companies and events that have a special discounted rate with your hotel, can also make their reservations through your website, using a special password protected module. They will only see their special rate, although you have the option to also offer the published rates.
